The music education program is headed by Emma Nicholson, who hails from West Gippsland and has a rich background in music. A former bass trombone player with the Warragul Municipal Brass Band, she holds degrees in Music and Teaching from the University of Melbourne. Emma has previously taught at Warragul Regional College, enhancing her conducting prowess with various ensembles. In NSW, she worked at St Columba's Catholic College, improving their instrumental music program and collaborating with a local primary school on a band program, which participated in the Parramatta Diocese Captivate Performing Arts initiative. She aims to foster an all-inclusive music program for all skill levels and ages. Emma teaches music at St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School and leads small ensemble programs in West Gippsland.
