140th Anniversary Year Celebrations
We're very excited about and happy to confirm our Platinum level partner: Community Bank Drouin & District - Bendigo Bank.
The Diamond level partnership is still available, exclusively, as are multiple opportunities across the Gold, Silver, and Bronze partnership levels.
Please note that all partnerships are based on best match to our CLEF strategy, mission, vision, and values (READ MORE...).
This visual will be updated as and when we lock partnerships in, as discussions are already underway with other key stakeholders.
Please contact publicityofficer@warragulband.org should you wish to discuss being one of our key stakeholder partners.
If you are interested in supporting the band longer term, there are quarterly sponsorship's available for the Senior Band, Junior Band, and/or Education Program.
Please contact publicityofficer@warragulband.org should you wish to discuss being one of our key stakeholder sponsors.
Review the Publicity Strategy and Publicity, PR & SMM Plan snapshot and goals, and see how they sit in line with the CLEF Strategic Pillars and Strategic Plan 2024- 2025.
Did you know that Warragul Municipal Band Incorporated is a registered charity?
By making a tax-deductible donation you are supporting the band and helping to ensure the future success of the organisation. Your donation will help us buy new instruments, music, and other wish-list items, all of which will benefit the whole organisation well into the future.
All donations over $2 are fully tax-deductible, with a receipt issued for your tax return records. To make a financial donation please contact: treasurer@warragulband.org and the appropriate details will be emailed to you.
By making a goods or services donation you are supporting the band by helping to fill a gap in our inventory or by completing a job on our 'to do' list, thereby allowing the band to utilise its cash elsewhere.
Because Warragul Municipal Band Incorporated is an organisation that has the status of a deductible gift recipient you may be able to claim a deduction. Click here for more information about whether a gift or donation is deductible.
To make a goods or services donation please contact: treasurer@warragulband.org with full details of what you would like to donate. The right person from the band committee will then contact you to discuss and make further arrangements.
Goods: the contribution of materials or assets (typically physical) that can be used to enhance some aspect of our work.
Services: the donation of time and expertise to perform a service that we would otherwise have to pay for.

We’d love to know if you’ve chosen to include us in your Will and welcome the opportunity to hear more about how you would like your gift to be directed to benefit our programs. In appreciation, we would also like to invite you to our concerts and special events. If you would like to have a confidential discussion about your decision, please email president@warragulband.org ...and thank you for considering this bequest.
