140th Anniversary Year Celebrations Concert

With Geoff Coote leading the band, and good friend Australian banding legend Mark Ford as Master of Ceremonies, join in the festivities at the Warragul Municipal Band’s 140th Anniversary Year Celebrations Concert.

Experience sensational music from one of our very own, Gippsland’s Darryl Coote, internationally acclaimed pianist and partner of the ‘Team of Pianists’, a well-established independent group. Then bear witness to the World Premiere of ‘Warragul’, a new piece for brass band composed to mark this special occasion by Nat Pollard, another talented local musician.

Sit back and relax with family and friends and enjoy this landmark celebration with the Warragul Municipal Band and special guests.

Opening times - gold coin donation appreciated:

Andre - one of our most dedicated members (both player and volunteer) - worked tirelessly during our January 2025 working bee to catalogue our massive trophy collection.
